OJS-2.4.7.1 Usage statistics file loader task

I am getting these emails from our journals and would like to turn them off. How and where? I am assuming in the config.inc.php file. When I click on the link I get file not found?

You OJS installation automatically executed and finished this task and you can download the log file here:

Have you tried the config.inc.php setting scheduled_tasks_report_error_only?
