We have not had any changes
It looks like there are a mix of failed DOI registrations and successful DOI registrations. For example, I looked at your issue “Vol. 4, Núm. 1 (2019) Enero - Abril”, and each DOI appears to be working.
Have you tried resubmitting the failed DOIs? There should be an error message if the resubmission is not successful. For example, within the plugin, try re-registering one of the reviews from “Vol. 1, Núm. 2 (2015) Management Review #2.”
