One of my reviewers reports that after entering a review and clicking Save, it disappeared.
Any ideas how to stop this happening again?
Ideally: recover the lost review.
The logs on the paper’s page show no activity corresponding to the review.

Is this the same issue as OJS 2.4.5 review form failed to save? If so, please don’t double-post – it clutters the forum.
