OJ 2.4.5 Archived Article link not working

I have a journal running OJS_2.4.5. I have under Archives Vol 1(2014). I click on this link when I am not logged into the system. I see the three articles which are correct.
If I click on one of the articles title, it does not matter which one. It takes me to Vol 2 (2015) Table of Contents instead of the article.
If I log in as either Site Admin or as a Journal Manager and click on the Article Title it goes to the article.
How do I fix this so that quests not logged in can go to the articles?

Hi @asmecher,

Would love to but it was the client that entered the data and she does not remember how the data was entered.
So not much help there.
