[OCS] Registration is not accessible

Clicking on the registration for this scheduled conference (https://conference.tools.lib.utah.edu/index.php/uihrc/uihrc2017/index) just redirects me back to the index.

We have another conference that has an extremely similar registratration type (https://conference.tools.lib.utah.edu/index.php/UCUR/ucur2017/schedConf/) and which we click on registration it takes us to the registration page. The only difference we can see between the two registration types is the cost. Why won’t the first one let us see the registration page?

Double-check that your payment plugin has its configuration set appropriately, i.e. that it’s not missing any setup fields.

We have two payment plugins, paypal and manual. I don’t see a way to change the configuration on them as the only options are Upgrade and Delete.

We have had other conferences that took money and used these plugins. We were able to make registration available before by clearing the cache but it’s not working this time.

Edit: The person who actually uses the site filled in the required fields and it’s working again. Thank you for your help, @asmecher!
