Hi I 'd like to change general review form (3 ,choices menu) to a 5 levels on.
But I’m not able to do it when I try to review it’s still the 1st form even if I inactive it.
And I’m not able to delete it (is because one click is activated and e mail still sent ?)

Have you assigned the form to the submission, as Director, under the Review page?

yes we did but now, if I want to recheck, I get this message
DB Error: The SELECT would examine more than MAX_JOIN_SIZE rows;
check your WHERE and use SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1 or SET MAX_JOIN_SIZE=# if
the SELECT is okay
