OCS - Can't find where to assign the Registration Manager


If I try to manage Registrants of my conference, I can do this as Director or Manager.

If I try to send a message about succesful payment I get the reply:

“In order to send the user a notification email, the registration contact name and email address must be specified in the Conference Setup.”

I looked through the entire Setup, but I can’t find “Conference Manager” or “Registration Contact” Settings.

Am I blind?
