We report a probable bug in OCS on the automatic remind emails for late review.
We use Acron plugin.
In two case a Director wanted to send an email or a review notification to a reviewer, it the same time the system preparing a late review remind email.
The email for automatic late review reminds includes the email generated by the director text and in to: field there is also the include the addressee of director’s email.
So the system send two email:
the correct from the director and the second with the text of the previous email sent from the principal contact but the TO: field there are two addressees. the receiver of previous email and the correct receiver of the automatic notification.
Checking directly in the database the two email are distatn of 1 second.
