A journal uses category names and related abbreviations that include a “:”.
The “:” is escaped as “%3A”.
When a category is selected using OAI by setSpec that contains the escaped character, such as “set=k_ON:k%3AONzepte”, an error is returned with the code “noRecordsMatch”.
