OAI-PMH Data Provider Validation and Registration error

Dear community,

we are trying to register our OJS run site here
OAI-PMH Data Provider Validation and Registration
https://www.openarchives.org/Register/ValidateSite

And there is one test that is failed
REQUEST http://modern-construction.ru/index.php/index/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&until=2015-07-14T09:30:24Z GET
FAIL Failed to extract error code from the response to request: verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&until=2015-07-14T09:30:24Z The request specified a date one year before the earliestDatestamp given in the Identify response. There should therefore not be any records with datestamps on or before this date and a noRecordsMatch error code should be returned.

Will appreciate any help to fix it,

I’ve filed this for attention here: OAI appears to be willing to provide records before the earliest record date · Issue #2693 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub
The OAI interface appears to be working fine, with the exception that the “earliest record date” seems to be calculated incorrectly.
