OAI not working. URL related? Help needed

I have made an installation of OJS 3.1 at http://revistas.ponteditora.org , but OAI isn’t working after i check at http://validator.oaipmh.com/.

If i change disable_path_info to off, OAI will work, but template gets broken and doesn’t load css.

Any insights on this?
