Notify Users in 3.3.x

Hello,
In the OJS video, it says that with OJS 3.3 selected user groups can be emailed, but I do not see a Link for Notify in my installation, as explained in the video at OJS 3.3 Features - YouTube >> 05:13 ? Is it something which must be activated separately?

Hi @Nason_Bimbe

Yes, bulk email must be turned on in the site settings area (in the Administration part of OJS), before that tab appears.
