Hello,

We recently received an email from a concerned editor regarding the notifications for enroled users with no editorial role. The editor noticed that users can opt to be notified when “A new article, “Title,” has been submitted.”. Does this mean that the user will be notified of all new submissions (before being published)?

Hi @midoio,

No, if the user only has an author role they will only be notified when they make a new submission.
