Notifications to all the users

Hi,

I’m working in a editorial board and we publish 3 journals.
We are using version 3.0.1.0 of OJS and the problem is that when a new article arrives the system notify (by e-mail) every user of our OJS. ¿Would you know how we can solve it?

How,

The system should only notify users with editor role.

But versio 3.0.1.0 is fairly old and it has a lot of bugs. It could be that this is one of them. You should consider upgrading to the latest version.
