Hi,

When reviewers submit the comments, I cannot receive notification.
I do not find any answer in the forum yet.
How can I solve this problem?

Do you receive mail message about that?
Do you see in review part of the submission stage of editing that review was submitted?

Hi Gokmen_ARSLAN,

Make sure your user profile has the correct settings in “Notifications”. You need to have the checkbox “Enable these types of notifications” checked for Reviewing Events.

Yes, the checkbox was enabled.

But, I cannot receive any notifications when reviwers submeit the comment.
