Notification email not send in add reviewer

hi,
i use open journal system 3.2.1.2
i have problem in add reviewer, the manuscript assign to the reviewer account but the notification email to reviewer not send but when i make the unassign reviewer the email send to the reviewer and i can received and send email for other action from system, i work with this version from 18 months with no problem and the notification email for add reviewer send and all thing is correct this problem faced from three days
