Not able to enable PKP PLN plugin

Hi,

I have upgraded to OSJ 2.4.8.2 and installed Archive_Tar

Installed packages, channel pear.php.net:

Package Version State
Archive_Tar 1.4.2 stable
Console_Getopt 1.2.3 stable
PEAR 1.9.4 stable
Structures_Graph 1.0.4 stable
XML_RPC 1.5.4 stable
XML_Util 1.2.1 stable

However, when I am trying to enable PKP PLN plugin, I am getting Notification “The Archive_Tar PHP extension must be installed before the PKP PLN can be enabled”.

Could anyone please let me know the solution?

Hello Faiz.

It looks like your php.ini file isn’t configured to use the Pear packages. There are some setups that have different php.ini files for command line use and for the web server, so you may only be seeing the packages in the command line.
