Do others bother as well that in the statistics graph for file downloads the ordinate axis doesn’t start at 0 ? This skews the chart and gives a wrong impression. The eye may easily be tricked to that the lowest value is 0 (the graph starts at 400, but sometimes the lowest value is even 600 and starts at the bottom line). Not properly drawing the axes in charts is bad habit.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
- In the backend, go to article statistics
- Switch from “Abstracts” to “Files”
