Non-listed documents appearing on published article page

I am not sure if this is a new issue but I have only just noticed it. We have not updated recently and have been using OJS 3.1.2 since April 2020.

On a published article’s page, in addition to the PDF that is correctly uploaded and available there is also a list of additional documents (word files etc) that are not uploaded to the Publication Tab> Galley yet appear on the website.

Hi @kulren,

I guess you have upgraded from the OJS 2, right? And those documents are old supplementary files that have not been visible on the OJS 2. If so, you can search the forum for more explanation.
