Description of issue or problem I’m having:
How can i use a free web hosting platform to host OJS directly on a live server? A guide for example on how to use cpanel free edition to host ojs then to purchase domain name for the journal. This is a project to host our university journal online and open access. Kindly grant me a beginner’s guide & guidelines to achieve this without any fund.

It hasn’t been useful to me as I’m a beginner when it comes to to the web server part. I was able to host on ojs on localhost but couldn’t move to a live server, so i was advised to host directly on a live server. This is the major challenge
