New security mailing list: set up email reception

Hello!
I read a previous post now closed: I have received some emails from publicknowledgeproject.org

Is it possible to set in the config the reception of emails sent from security@publicknowledgeproject.org to be addressed only to the Site Administrator of a multi-review platform?

Now that users have been subscribed, they are free to control their own subscriptions at https://lists.publicknowledgeproject.org.
