New journal in ojs-3.5.0-1, it doesn’t appear in the journals table

Describe the issue or problem
When creating a new journal in ojs-3.5.0-1, it doesn’t appear in the journals table or in journal settings. However, it does create the folder in public and ojsdata. When deleting it in the dashboard, it does delete the previous folders.

Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

1. Go to ‘…’
2. Click on ‘…’
3. Scroll down to ‘…’
4. See error

What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.5.0-1

A third line should appear with the journal_id 132

Hi @jhisaza,

Double-check your database configuration in config.inc.php; I suspect you’re looking at the wrong database.

Hi, Alec:

I double-checked in my config.inc.php, and this is the database:

name = nozomiscience_ojs4

and in phpMyAdmin:

But, I do not understand, now the database shows the correct data, including jounal_settings.

Maybe, it was some delay in internet.
