New announcement with outdated content

Hello everyone,
I have an issue with the “Announcements” function in our OJS. It happens every time I try to send a fresh “Announcement” to all registered users. The email was sent successfully, but the details of the announcement was always the same old one from two years ago.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
How do I overcome this problem?

I’m using OJS 3.3.0.13

Have you tried to check the content of the email template in Settings > Workflow > Emails > Email Template?
