I want to export OJS article data in xml format to submit in index Copernicus international.

What application are you using?
OJS 3.4.0.5

That would be this plugin here: GitHub - surojitbera2/copernicus: Plug-in allows to export article meta-data to Copernicus citation index

However, I don’t believe that it is compatible with OJS 3.4 just yet.
