Hello- We had for years been using Open Conference Systems to host our conference. Our webmaster passed away recently (taking the primary administrator password with him) and we have since been unable to find a way to be added as new administrators on our site, or have it at least copied and migrated to a new instance so we could salvage the basic structure. Our webhost company seems unable to get us in. What are our options?
