Native XML plugin, PDF files can't view on website, Database isn't access

Hello, I have questions about the ojs system

  • I have exported issue from ojs 3.3.0-8 and imported it into ojs 3.3.0-14 by Native XML plugin. I can preview issue from dashboard but after published I can’t view issue on the website it heppens with many themes except Old Gragg Theme and I can’t view all pdf files.

  • I can’t access into database that I was able to access it before. it shows the follwing message.
    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access this resource.
    Apache/2.4.54 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1p PHP/8.2.0 Server at localhost Port 80

I have tried many ways to fix it but not work.
I use ojs 3.3.0-14
Please tell me solutions?

Hi @Smiling,

Are you trying to upgrade from 3.3.0-8 to 3.3.0-14 using the XML import/export tools? I really don’t recommend that approach – you’ll lose a lot of information. Instead, use the upgrade tools. See the OJS Upgrade Guide for details.
