Native XML is not exporting

Hi

For some reason, Native XML plugin is not exporting. We tried different methods but it seems that we couldn’t solve it. It would be great to help us in this regard to find out what is the exact problem.

Current version of our OJS: 3.2.1.2
|OS platform|Linux|
|PHP version|7.4.11|
|Apache version|Apache|
|Database driver|mysqli|
|Database server version|5.7.31|

Hello @ijcua,

Can you clarify the steps that you have taken to export the document that is leading to the first error?

thank you very much for oyur prompt reply.
i am using th normal method of exporting the issues as bellow:
1.tools
2.import-export/
3.Native XML Plugin
4.export issues
5. selecting Vol. 4 No. 2
6.clicking on export issue then the error comes

(note it is needed to mention that this errors is arising in some issues of the journal, for example in Vol. 4 No. 2)

I can export all articles one by one. but I can not export the issue using native XML plugin.

Hi @ijcua,

There are a couple of problems here, I think:

  1. Please configure your PHP not to send errors/warnings to the browser; this will resolve the “Cannot modify header information” messages.
  2. Ensure that all of your submissions have at least one author; I believe that’s what is causing the other messages.
