Application Version - e.g., OJS 3.1.2:

Im new in ojs management
The short recipe is as follows:
- Check that robots.txt does not exclude Google bots (should be so with default installation of OJS)
- Submit the sitemap of your journal in Google Search Console
- Enable the Google Scholar plugin in OJS
More details on Google Scholar indexing see https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/google-scholar/
You need some patience. If your journal has only a few articles (around 100), indexing should be successful within 2-4 weeks, visible in Google Search Console, Google Scholar and Google itself. If your journal has been migrated and has several thousand articles, it may take months until everything is indexed.
how can I check the robot.txt exclude or no ?
Enter https://yourjournaldomain/robots.txt in browser . If it contains
this is the default by OJS and everything is fine.
Also Google Search Console has a tool where you can enter an URL and it tells you whether this URL is blocked by robots.txt or not.
https://pjd.prosthodontic.edu.pk/index.php/ojs3/ this is the URL right? I should enter it in the google search console.
google ask me to upload google verification.html to website. should go with it
where I have to upload verification.html on ojs ?
In our root directory where OJS is installed. Make it rw-r–r–
i add the sitemap to the in google console which show success
now how it will take for appearing my ojs journal on google search
