You need some patience. If your journal has only a few articles (around 100), indexing should be successful within 2-4 weeks, visible in Google Search Console, Google Scholar and Google itself. If your journal has been migrated and has several thousand articles, it may take months until everything is indexed.
how can I check the robot.txt exclude or no ?
Enter https://yourjournaldomain/robots.txt in browser . If it contains
User-agent: *
Disallow: /cache/
this is the default by OJS and everything is fine.
Also Google Search Console has a tool where you can enter an URL and it tells you whether this URL is blocked by robots.txt or not.
