Mutiple language abstracts... how can I do this?

I am currently on OJS 3.2.1.4, I currently don’t have administrator access… How do I get that? I am looking to install multiple languages so that I can show the abstracts on our website in multiple languages, we currently have a translators team but we publish the abstracts on a separate website, which isnt ideal.
Is this doable? or I would install multiple languages and not be able to do what I am looking to achieve with the abstracts?

The method you are using is not a useful method.
You can do whatever you want in OJS.
For this you need the admin (Journal Manager) role.
The pictures below show how these settings are made.

Upload the files for the languages you want.

and activate it.
