Missing locale key "{$loggedInUsername}" after 3.3 to 3.4

[php:notice] Missing locale key "{$loggedInUsername}" for the locale "en"
This message appears every minute in the Apache error log after I upgrade 3.3 to 3.4.0-19. I know it’s not exactly an error, but the log has been growing significantly. I noticed that other users are also receiving this message in their logs. Any tips on how to fix it?
