Migration problem

I migrated OJS to my server. CPANEL. PHP 7.4 and OJS 3.3.0.8
The software works and no errors are generated.
When I log in to dashboard it does not work in a way and this how it looks like:

Dashboard

Hi @Stojan_Ivanisevic,

It might be helpful to see if there are errors in your php error log? Are you able to check that log?

Thank you for reply. There are two warnings but they do not look related tot his, error log is clean. I suspect it can be related to file permissions or some plugin.
