Metadata Update problem in OJS 3.0.2

I recently update our OJS 3.0.1 to 3.0.2. I didnot get any error when i update it. Now i am try to update metadata for a article. I saw Submission Language dropdown box but i didnot see it in OJS 3.0.1. Now the problem is i can not find any thing in the box (blank). After that i go to language setting. This what look like.

This We only use English for our Journal.

Hi @Editor_IJIER,

Check to ensure that the file permissions on your cache subdirectory permit OJS to administer its contents.
