Hi, I’m planning to merge two OJS installations into a new single OJS. Is there a version that is considered the most stable for this merging process? Are there any steps I should take before starting the import/export process?
If both OJS versions are 3.3.x or lower, you can leave them at the latest 3.3.x and use this plugin for a more complete import: GitHub - lepidus/fullJournalTransfer: OJS plugin for importing/exporting a journal with all its private information (e.g. submitted articles, reviews, editorial decisions, etc.)
I suggest importing the OJS with less content into the one that contains more.

Hi, is there a video tutorial on how to use this plugin? Sorry, I’m not very skilled at using commands in cPanel.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any videos about this plugin.
Perhaps you could start with the native OJS plugin—it should have more documentation and is a prerequisite for ours to work. And you can use the forum itself if you encounter any difficulties.
