Apparently there was some massive confusion and a manuscript was uploaded twice. Our editor didn’t catch it and now it has 2 reviews under one number and one review under another. Is there anyway to combine these two into one manuscript number?
I am afraid that it is not possible. Maybe someone can help you more. But, it could be good if editor will make official memo/note and put it somewhere in publisher’s library so that you know what has happened with that submission.
