mEDRA DOI registration for whole issue setting wrong URL

I am on OJS 3.1.1-4 and the URL registered with mEDRA is wrong: instead of “issue”, “article” is used in the registered URL.

Could this be due to a server set up problem? or should I raise an issue in Github?

When I published the previous issue in April 2018 I did not notice any problem.

The wrong URL appears in the exported .XML file from the “Issues” tab of the “mEDRA Export/Registration Plugin”. Editing this file and submitting it manually to mEDRA solved the problem for this issue.
