I’m use JM to edit setting–>journal → masthead and use upload.
Any file size 64byte to 640K can’t upload.
But i use Admin to edit it, I can upload.

Could you check your php error log and verify what is output on it related to this issue you are reporting?

I upload file 122K
I upload file 402Bytes
All file same error report.

Why total are same size.
