Hello team!
One of our journal editor is claiming that recently, Manuscripts not being assigned to Editor-in-Chief after submission automatically. They have to assign the submissions manually.
Recently, to do some testing, they editor assigned all the available roles in OJS to themselves, but they undo it but he issue is not resolved. Do I need to enable a setting or assign specific role for the manuscripts to be assigned automatically?
