Lost of Public Identifier Plugin

Hi, I am setting DOI for my OJS. I use OJS 2.3.8.0. I have logged in as Journal Manager then clicking System Plugin and will go to Public Identifier Plugin. But unfortunately, I didn’t find this plugin (Public Identifier Plugin), so the process stopped. How do I appear this plugin, should I install this plugin? if yes from which provider. Thanks

Hi @badru,

OJS 2.3.8 is extremely old – I’d suggest upgrading to something newer before investing a lot of time debugging this.
