Lost CSS after ON restful urls and redirect rewrite mode for remove index.php

Hello guys…

  1. my OJS CSS lost after “ON” restful urls in config.inc.php
  2. i need help rewrite mod my url to custom without index.php for example :-
    http://ojs.abc.edu.my/index.php/journa/index become http://ojs.abc.edu.my/journal

Please help… i use centos 7 and apache server …
