Locale translation problem OJS 3.1.1.2

Hi
When I change some phrases in locale/de_DE/locale.xml of a specific journal through ojs, it overwrites the whole instance. I mean the phrase has also changed in the other journals. Is that normal behaviour? As far I remember that wasn’t the case in OJS 2.

Hi @trace

Yes, that is normal behavior – the locale xml files are used in one and the same installation, that uses that code/file. This was so in OJS 2 as well.
