Link to document in Author Guidelines OJS 3.0.1.0

When I want to link documents to some parts of author guidelines (I,.e. document template, reference list instructions) I experience issue. If I put documents in public_html/documents and enter link in editor I have got 404 Not found error message since OJS links it to mydomain/index.php/acronym/about/mydomain/documents/nameofdocument
If I enter that link into editor it does not work as well.
I checked permissions of document and it is OK because when I enter mydomain/documents/nameofdocument I have got it properly.
Please advise how to link documents in editor in Author Guidelines.

I solved that issue with hosting company. Please disregard. However, if someone else experience such an issue it is advised to contact hosting company since they can sometimes impose some rules for files.
