Lens Viewer not recording any views

Hi,

We have used Lens Viewer for a while and just noticed that it is not counting the views for the XML.

Is there a way to fix this?

Also, i checked the log files and there was no entry for the XML file views from the article that uses Lens Viewer. Is there a way to recover those data?

The issue still persist for me, has anybody encountered this before?
