Languages for select doesn´t appears on the reader interface

Hello!

In then 3.1.1-2 version I have the Website Settings for a journal such as:

Whe the readers open the journal page, the menu for select a different language to the primary doesn’t appear. What is the correct setup ?, What´s wrong?

Hi @cridum

Have you enabled on sidebar the Language Toggle Block?

You may do this going through following path:

Settings > Website > Appearance (tab) > Sidebar Management (section).

Have you enabled Language Toggle Block on “Plugins” tab?

Could you try switching Theme to check if this option shows up to you?

When I go to settings>>website>>plugins>>Installed Plugins, I see the plugins is checked:

The only one plugin for themes is also selected:

When I go throught Administration>>site settings>>plugins>> I see
