Describe the issue or problem
We publish articles in two languages, using an English only interface. We would like identify the language of each article, but not use the full language features. Has anyone had the same need? any suggestions?

Steps I took leading up to the issue
Investigating this problem and exploring solution, we found that the xml exported from OJS for Crossref includes the language tag for authors, but not for the actual article. So, is the article language sent to CrossRef in registering the DOI?
