Journals Older OJS Version in PKP PN

My institution published journals with older versions of OJS that are no longer in publication. We have the latest version of OJS. When we enable the PKP PN plug in, will those older journals be deposited into the PKP PN? If those journals will not be deposited automatically, can the OJS administrator at my institution trigger that deposit?

Hi @MJS3

If the PKP PLN plugin is enabled in those journals, and you’ve configured it correctly and accepted the terms, then any published content in those journals should indeed be packaged up and sent up to the PLN network, via the scheduled tasks included in the plugin.

What is the schedule for the scheduled tasks in the plugin? How often does the plugin check for updates to an issue after the issue is deposited?
