Issues with sending mail

A month ago, ojs 3.2.1-4 can send email.

I never touch email config, but ojs cannot send email.

I try to change config email as you describe for OJS 3.x, but still = Error - There was a problem sending an email message. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator.

I try to send email via php script, there’s no problem. php script can send email.

please help.
