I have a number of issues if I go to submissions. First I receive the following unexpected errors. After clicking ok for three or four times I have problems deleting old submissions, receiving the same error message

What versio are you using?
Do you have errors in your php error log when you go to the submissions?

I am using ojs 3.1.0.1. but the problem also existed before.
The error log has some errors for invalid file IDs but nothing that looks related to this issue.
