Issues on sending AutoEmails

Hello,

We are experimenting issues on the autoemails in the workflow in OJS 3.1.0.1. We press the “notify” buttons but no one’s getting the email. In order to optimize our workflow it would be very appreciated if anyone could help us!

Is there any app in the server we must install? Or something’s wrong with the settings?

Hi,

There are several threads about this, try searching with “gmail smtp” and see if you find a solution.

Also make sure that the password visible in the screenshots is not your real password and if it is, make sure you change it.
