Hello,
I’ve an OJS installation version 3.2.1.3.
ORCID
Plugin version v1.1.2.30
When the author clicks on the link received to grant the access to the ORCID ID it receives an error of invalid link (see attached sshot).
This is a problem because we cannot link teh author ORCID id since the link send trough the mail is not valid.
How can I fix this?
At the moment I cannot upgrade to a version greater than 3.2.
Thanks a lot,
Marcella
Hi @Marcella,
A similar issue is reported here:
And, a community member advises and inquires about the following:
Are you a member of ORCID or do you use the public API?
Did you test your APi keys in the sandbox and did everything work correctly?
Have you done this, and do you know your status as an ORCID member or are you using the public API?

Hi @rcgillis,
yes, this happen immediately after the mail is sent.
We are a member of ORCID.
Which kind of test I need to do with the API Keys in the sandbox?
Thanks in advance,
Marcella
Hi @Marcella,
An overview of the testing method (as well as a link to ORCID’s testing documentation), can be found here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/orcid/en/appendix-testing-orcid-sandbox#sandbox-member-api
