Recently I encountered a problem when depositing articles with the Crossref export plugin, The error message that appears is:
Registration was not successful! The DOI registration server returned an error: '<html><body><h1>503 Service Unavailable</h1> No server is available to handle this request. </body></html> (503 Service Unavailable)'.
I have tried to do this export in 2 different versions of OJS, and the result is that both OJS show the same error. Based on that, I finally tried to visit the API from crossref (https://api.crossref.org/v2/deposits) and the result is the same as the message that appears above.
Is it right that this problem is caused by inaccessible Crossref API?
The OJS versions used are versions 3.3.0.8 and 3.3.0-14.
